End users

We started working on end users today to give us more of an idea of our target audiences. I decided that my project would have two: the production company or screenwriter and the theoretical film goer. This is so that I have the target audience for both the produced film and the final script in my head whilst I’m working. My film goer would be a fan of the book/author, a feminist, educated, relate to the main character and want to see a film that stays with them after the bus home. My screenwriter/production company would be a fan of the book or of the author, be concerned with adaptations not just original texts and be interested in providing advice for new writers.
